Where we ship

We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt.

Shipping fees

Orders above 1,400 EGP qualify for free shipping anywhere in Egypt. Below this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery governorate.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
  • Alexandria & Delta cities: 3–4 business days
  • Upper Egypt & other governorates: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons (Eid, Black Friday, end of season sales).

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email. You can also check your order status anytime through your account on our website.

Failed delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you're unreachable for both attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you'll need to contact us to reschedule (additional shipping fees may apply).

أماكن الشحن

نقوم بالشحن حالياً إلى جميع محافظات جمهورية مصر العربية.

رسوم الشحن

الطلبات فوق 1,400 جنيه شحنها مجاني في جميع أنحاء مصر. أقل من كدا بتتحسب رسوم الشحن وقت الطلب حسب المحافظة.

مدة تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع. الطلبات المقدمة يوم الجمعة أو في الإجازات الرسمية تُجهّز في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل

  • القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: من 2 إلى 3 أيام عمل
  • الإسكندرية ومدن الدلتا: من 3 إلى 4 أيام عمل
  • الصعيد والمحافظات الأخرى: من 4 إلى 6 أيام عمل

مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف قليلاً في مواسم الذروة (الأعياد، الجمعة البيضاء، نهاية الموسم).

تتبع الطلب

بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة SMS وإيميل بها رقم التتبع. يمكنك أيضاً متابعة حالة طلبك من حسابك على الموقع في أي وقت.

محاولات التوصيل الفاشلة

يقوم مندوب الشحن بمحاولة التوصيل مرتين كحد أقصى. في حالة عدم التواصل في المرتين، يُرجَع الطلب إلى مخازننا ويتعين عليك التواصل معنا لإعادة جدولة التوصيل (قد تُطبّق رسوم شحن إضافية).
