Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We make every effort to display products accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or correct pricing errors
• In rare cases of obvious pricing errors, we may cancel orders even after confirmation, with a full refund

Orders

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details you provided

Payment

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards via Paymob
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD)

All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Intellectual property

All content on our website — logos, photographs, product names, fragrance names, text, and design — is the property of Traces Fragrance and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our written permission.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us immediately at info@tracesfragrance.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited use

You may not use our website to:

• Resell our products without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false information or fraudulent orders
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Violate any applicable Egyptian or international law

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traces Fragrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

This does not affect your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181/2018).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved through Egyptian courts.
