Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the main product must be:

• Sealed and unopened in its original packaging
• Unused — no signs of trial, application, or wear (the tester sample is for trying the scent, not the main bottle)
• Complete — including any free gifts, boxes, or accessories that came with it

We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used main products for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard practice for fragrance and personal care products worldwide — and exactly why we include the tester.

How to start a return

1. Contact us within 14 days via WhatsApp at 01022777936 or email info@tracesfragrance.com
2. Provide your order number and the reason for return
3. We'll arrange a free pickup with our courier at your delivery address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

Refund timeline

• Paid by Paymob or Fawry: Refund issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
• Paid by Cash on Delivery: Refund issued via bank transfer or another agreed method within 7–14 business days

Damaged or defective items

Items we cannot refund

• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
• Custom or personalized products

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it ships. Once shipped, please follow the return process above.
